Kayla’s Journey At Polestar Begins
Kayla’s story with Polestar began over six years ago after she graduated from the University of Central Missouri. She started in our Customer Service department, where she quickly gained significant knowledge about the HVAC industry. Her enthusiasm and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and she soon transitioned into our Marketing and Sales team. Her hard work and dedication earned her current role as Sales Manager.
Making a Difference Every Day
On a typical day, you can find Kayla working hard to understand the unique heating and cooling needs of each customer. She takes pride in ensuring that all of their needs are met, always striving to balance efficiency, product quality, and budget. Her approach is based on genuine care and a desire to see our customers comfortable and satisfied.

When asked about her experience at Polestar, Kayla shared, “Polestar has given me the opportunity to make an impact in our community by building long-lasting relationships and helping them stay comfortable in their home. Although we are a growing company, we have kept our values along the way of truly understanding what individual needs our customers have and being a servant to them. The employees at Polestar truly care about every one of our customers, and you can feel that with anyone you talk to on the phone or that comes out to your home. It makes a big difference.”
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys staying active. You might find her working out or spending quality time with her two indoor kitties.
