The Polestar team went above and beyond to help fix our plumbing issue. The kitchen drain line was backed up and we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Dex and his assistant accessed the issues and fixed both items in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and the team met all of our expectations. Would use again.

This was my 2nd time with Polestar and I have only praise. The technician, , was professional and friendly. He found and showed me his findings. That included showing me corrosion/rust that has definitely been growing and will increase, but he didn't make me think that I had to do something yet. He just made me aware of an issue that will only grow, not receed. It helps tremendously, in my mind, as far as trust and relief that I don't have to do anything just yet!

Javier, Alex and Robert did a fantastic job on installing our new Lenox HVAC system. They arrived precisely on time at 9:00 AM. At all times, they were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, taking time to answer any questions that arose. Finishing their work early afternoon, they took time to explain a few upgrades in the gas valve and duct work. The entire experience was completely professional. Congratulations to all three of these men and Polestar!
