I called four companies and Polestar was the only one to let me talk to a person and have someone come out within 24 hours when my A/C unexpectedly went out. The technician, Ian was great! He was friendly and thorough, quickly finding and resolving the issue. He also gave lots of advice for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

My A/C went out on a Thursday overnight and Polestar was able to get me someone that Friday afternoon. The normal company we went to couldn’t get anyone out until the following week. The technician, James P, was fantastic. He identified the issue and had the replacement parts on hand and got the A/C back up and running within the hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable, great experience overall from the original scheduling call to the completed work.

Polestar did an excellent job. Ben H. came out to inspect our system and not only did a terrific job but also spent a decent chunk of extra time addressing my wife and I’s questions about how to better make the temperature in our split-level house more consistent. He was really good at explaining things to us at our level, and was very patient with us. Highly recommend!

The team that did the bid was very professional and thorough. They told me exactly what they would do and clearly explained the pricing plan. The installation crew showed up on time and did the job very well! They put down plastic matting so that there was no mess in our house. They showed us the features of our new heating and cooling system after the install. I highly recommend this company.

My old A/C unit froze up just when Kansas City was having extreme heat. I called Polestar and a tech was sent out the same day. Kayla was super helpful with getting everything in order so a new unit could be installed the very next day. She even worked after hours and checked to make sure I was happy. The installation team worked in the high heat outside to make sure the new A/C unit and condensation pipe was all working correctly and I was satisfied with their work before leaving. I’ve been very pleased and will recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace or A/C unit. Thanks, Polestar.
