He explained everything he was going to do, asked if I had any concerns or questions and provided some recommendations on potential improvements for me to consider. I had been seriously considering switching service companies because the quality of service had declined over the last few service calls, but for now, Bennett has completely changed my perspective. Called Polestar on a Tuesday evening with a clogged laundry drain that was leaking into our garage, and they had someone out the same night. Hunter was patient, professional, and genuinely tried everything to get to the bottom of it. He didn't rush, explained what he was doing, and clearly cared about getting it right rather than just getting out the door. You don't find that kind of effort often. Highly recommend Polestar for same-day service.

The blower wheel in our air conditioning system was off-balance, shaking, and very loud. Nick Jones, our Polestar technician, came out to our house the same morning I reached out to Polestar (less than an hour after calling in), quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part under warranty and replaced it seamlessly, and it runs great (and super quiet now)! Nick was super friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with (and the total cost for his service was less than other providers in the area); I’d highly recommend him and Polestar in the future!

Gas fireplace inspection , igniter issue

Khari was on time, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He did not try to rush through the process and was thorough in his diagnosis of the problem. We have some unavoidable work that needs to be done, but I feel confident in the options that he provided us and am pleased with how quickly he will be able to get the work done for us.

Had a couple different techs out for maintenance visits on furnace and electrical.
Both were wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and explained things great.

Polestar does electrical! We have an older house with a project list. Edgar came out and checked our box, outlets, switches.... He was honest with what needed to be done sooner, what could wait, cost of each and time needed to complete. Edgar was also very patient and respectful to my dogs; one puppy, still learning and one recovering from surgery.

Bennett is a fantastic HVAC specialist and communicator. Prompt, efficient, highly knowledgeable, and kind. Company has been wonderful to work with also.

Bennett came out for furnace tuneup today and all the above statements are reinforced. Joe also came to work on electrical and he was also informative and competent.

I had a really excellent experience with Polestar. Hunter was able to clear a really tricky drain clog that I had been unable to deal with myself, and in much less time than I had spent struggling with it. Great, professional service. Highly recommended!

Pokestar has been fantastic to work with. They have done 2 installs for us, and both went smoothly from start to finish. What sets them apart is their responsiveness. Anytime I have needed them they answer the phone and get someone here soon. Mike came out today for our annual maintenance and was thorough and professional.

I had to call Polestar on a Sunday morning because I had water backing up in my basement.

To make it even better, I had already been up until 1:00 AM Saturday night trying to fix the damn thing myself. After finally admitting defeat and going to bed, I woke up Sunday morning absolutely dreading making that phone call. Emergency plumber. Sunday morning. I was already mentally preparing myself to pay out the wazoo just to get someone to show up.

Turns out, I couldn’t have been more wrong.

From the first phone call, these guys were absolutely amazing. The woman I spoke with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and positive. She got everything moving immediately.

And then… less than 30 minutes after I got off the phone, Marquies Washington was at my house.

Saaaay what?? On a Sunday morning?! For an emergency call?! I was honestly shocked.

Marquies was fantastic. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. He took extra care bringing his equipment into the house, made sure everything stayed clean, explained what he was doing, and didn’t leave until he was confident everything was functioning properly.

What impressed me just as much was the attitude from both Marques and the woman who answered the phone. They brought nothing but positive energy into a pretty crappy situation—even while I was tired, frustrated, and probably not bringing quite the same level of sunshine myself. 😂 They genuinely made a stressful morning better.

And here’s the part I REALLY wasn’t expecting: they didn’t take advantage of the fact that this was an emergency call on a Sunday and absolutely hammer me on the price. After spending half the night trying to fix it myself and dreading what that Sunday-morning phone call was going to cost me, that was a very pleasant surprise.

Fast response. Great communication. Fair pricing. Professional service. Great people.

I went from being up until 1 AM fighting with a basement drain, to having the problem professionally handled before most people were probably even out of bed Sunday morning.

Side note- as I’m writing this post, I still haven’t heard back from two other companies I left messages with, that claim 24/7 service.

First time using Polestar and beyond impressed. We found them through a Google search because we needed Sunday emergency service. Marquies was here incredibly quick, and was very polite and efficient. And not only that, the price was beyond fair. Polestar will for sure be my go to plumber from now on!

Our technicians/installers/project manager have all been extremely communicative about our install and respectful of our home throughout the process. The company has loaned us a portable AC to use during the install as the temp has gotten into the mid-90s during it! I can’t complain-expectations exceeded, especially with our installers today.

I took advantage of Polestar's new electrical service. I had three outdoor outlets and one outlet box replaced, including new waterproof covers, one bathroom outlet replaced, and check/reset a tripped circuit breaker. Both worker's were friendly, helpful and professional. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Our air conditioner went out on Saturday Labor Day weekend. We called several places and then we contacted polestar. They immediately said they would have somebody out that day within a few hours. We had a wonderful technician name Mike come out. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and told us what the problem was. Then the next day Kayla came out again, super friendly, very knowledgeable very professional, laid out our options with no extra frills, she didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need. And today we got our new air-conditioning unit furnace and water heater. The two technicians that came out this afternoon were amazing! They were efficient fast and knew what they were doing. I would recommend polestar to anyone.

I like Polestar but wish the service fee for just coming out could be included in the finished fee… ie $500 - $89 trip charge would be $411… much more bearable…

We had Will Lowe as our tech. Highly recommend! He was very knowledgeable about the work at hand. Explained in clear detail what needed to be done and our options. Will was very efficient and cleaned up when done. Already scheduled another appointment and requested him to do the job.
