Jahir came out to perform regular maintenance on my furnace. I have had Jahir before for maintenance and once again he performed exceptional work. He explained everything he was going to do, asked if I had any concerns or questions and provided some recommendations on potential improvements for me to consider. Brett and Kayla were very professional and knowledgeable in the initial bidding process, and we greatly appreciated a "no-pressure" approach. The installation team, Mark and Alex, were prompt, courteous and professional and took the time to educate us on the new system and answer any questions we had.
