Kayla was terrific at explaining our options and working within our budget. I feel like we got the best "bang for our buck." Rudy and Ramon were our installers and were the epitome of professionalism. Kind, courteous, patient and efficient. They were able to finish the job early and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend Polestar based on this experience.

The installers were quick and professional They put down plastic to protect our wood floors. They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job running the discharge water line. Even checked the vents for proper air flow. Job well done. One of the reasons I went with Polestar was the follow up from Kayla and the ability to schedule a quick install.

I have had Polestar out to my home several times in the past year. Each time, the service has been professional and reliable. Over the past week, I had two very old faucets that needed to be replaced. Anthony and Daniel C. did a great job. They also found a leak at the shut-off valve underneath the kitchen sink and were able to replace the old rusted shut-off valve and pipe fittings before it became a much bigger issue. I am grateful for all of the technicians' thoroughness and expertise. I will continue to use Polestar in the future. Thank you!

I have used Polestar several times over the last few years for multiple different issues (new HVAC, new water heater, collapsed floor drain) and have never had a bad experience. They are always professional and do a great job communicating with me. I have never felt pressured to purchase extra services/features I don’t necessarily need (this is saying a lot as a single mom)! I would highly recommend Polestar to anyone looking for a great reliable multi service plumbing company.
