Patrick & Alyssa Win Heating and Cooling System Through Silent Auction

Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is thrilled to shine the spotlight on our recent customer spotlight, Patrick and Alyssa, who won a brand-new Lennox heating and cooling system through a silent auction at the Fall Festival. This event, benefiting CASA of Johnson & Wyandotte Counties, brought together community members for a great cause, and Patrick and Alyssa were excited to participate.
Having previously experienced Polestar’s service when we worked on their water heater a couple of years ago, Patrick and Alyssa knew the quality they could expect from Polestar. Their heating and cooling system, which was about 25 years old, was due for an upgrade! When they saw that Polestar was offering a new system at the silent auction, they decided to place a bid, hoping to win and replace their aging unit. Their bid won, and now they are the proud owners of a state-of-the-art Lennox heating and cooling system!
“Polestar has done some plumbing work for us in the past, so we were excited to work with them again for our heating and cooling system. They guys showed up right when they were scheduled and knocked out the install in a day. The whole install process has been great,” Patrick said.
This opportunity was the best of both worlds for Patrick and Alyssa—they received an efficient new heating and cooling system while contributing to a fantastic cause that makes a real difference in the lives of children in Kansas City!
